Items must be paid for and removed on April 22nd from 8 AM - 4:30 PM . WE HAVE EXTENED ANOTHER PICKUP TIME SLOT ON APRIL 23rd 8am - 10am ONLY. Items NOT removed within auction terms will be considered abandoned and forfeited! NO refunds will be issued for abandoned/forfeited items. NO Exceptions. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the Buyer. 

The buyer is responsible for DISASSEMBLY & LOADING.

All sales are final.

Please Bring an Appropriately Sized Vehicle. 

Auction Personnel will be on hand to confirm payment and direct you to your lots. Auction company will not have staff for breaking down items and moving/loading items. Please bring proper vehicles/trailers, tools, dollies, pallet jacks, pallets etc., needed for retrival of your items.

If you have purchased large items, please bring the necessary items for transport (trailers, trucks, etc.) Multiple trips can be made, however, this will increase the wait time, so please try to limit trips.

RISK TO PERSON AND PROPERTY – Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer from liability therefor. Neither the Auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason or any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.

Sales Tax: All bidders will be subject to applicable sales tax for the state in with the auction is held. If you are tax exempt, provide our office with the documentation required for exemption. Auction Co. reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at any time at is discretion. It is strongly recommended that bids be placed early to avoid losing out due to an ill-timed, last minute bid. All times are local time for auction location.
