Effective January 10, 2024!

A 15% buyer's premium is in effect for this auction. If buyer pays with cash, cashier's check, or company check (accepted up to $5,000), then we waive 3% of the buyer's premium, which makes the buyer’s premium 12%.

Expiring Cash Discount: If invoices are not picked up by the End of Business Day on the Tuesday following the auction, the option of saving 3% by paying cash or check is no longer offered. Buyers may still pay with cash but will have to pay the full 15% premium.

Condition of Online Auction Lots

All items are sold "as is where is". There is NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. All high bids are considered legal binding contracts. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All buyers are urged to inspect the items they intend to bid on.

Removal Times / Failure to Remove

Items must be paid for and removed no later than 9 business days from the end of auction. Items NOT removed within auction terms will be considered abandoned and forfeited!

We will be open for pickups.

The buyer is responsible for DISASSEMBLY & LOADING.

The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling (handling charges may include cost of box(s) and/or palletizing of items purchased).

PACKAGING & SHIPPING.

Auction staff will not have tools available for disassembly. Please bring any necessary tools with you at the time of pickup.

Once items leave our premises, we are no longer responsible.

Auction Pickups are by appointment only. We encourage all customers to pay online before you show up to get your items (make sure you have a valid/updated credit card on file). If you need to pay cash, bring exact change, as it speeds up transaction times. If you are paying with a check, please bring it pre-written with your DRIVER'S LICENSE NUMBER written at the top - contact Auction62 for exact total, especially if you are tax-exempt.

We ask that everyone please schedule an appointment online before you come pick up your winnings. We wish to maintain appointments as this is the speediest method for picking up items.

All pickups will be conducted in the back parking lot. Please follow Auction staff's directions and help maintain clear paths for other vehicle and fork truck movements. Please be watchful of Auction staff and other pedestrian movements.

Please Bring an Appropriately Sized Vehicle for Noted Pre-Assembled Items. Some of our items are assembled in building to ensure quality. Please bring a vehicle that can accommodate these larger items. If you have any questions about any of these items, please give us a call.

Auction staff will be directing traffic and asking customers to stay in their vehicle.

If you have purchased large items, please bring the necessary items for transport (trailers, trucks, etc.) Multiple trips can be made, however, this will increase the wait time, so please try to limit this.

We will NOT be accepting any items for consignment DURING PICKUPS. Please call ahead before bringing items with you during pickup hours. Calling ahead ensures that we have available space for your items. 812.499.6223

There are no public restrooms.

The front is closed on Thursday and Friday, doors will be closed and locked, and the front parking lot will be closed to customers. We will be utilizing the back lot of the property. Auction staff will direct customers.

WE ENCOURAGE LOCAL SHIPPING as well as worldwide shipping! We can ship any method, and will make it as cheap as possible.

Shipping Options / Information

We offer shipping of all items. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges & packaging materials. Small items may be shipped FedEx or UPS. You have the option to arrange for your item(s) to be shipped with either of these companies. We are conveniently located with a business that has a daily pickup with both companies. For a small fee we offer packaging material such as boxes & bubble wrap. This fee can be added to your invoice before payment is made.

Storage Fees / Restocking Fees

If the customer does not pick up items or does not contact Auction62 to schedule a pickup within FOUR BUSINESS DAYS after date of auction, their CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED for the full amount of purchase. 2 weeks after the sale date, the buyer will be charged $10 PER WEEK for storage of items. Auction62.com reserves the right to "no sale" items and the associated account will be locked if invoices are not picked up 4 weeks after date of sale and total amount of all open invoices must be paid in full for continued access to account. Storage space is limited and items must be moved for space for future auctions.

Titled Lots

Buyers will be responsible for taxes and plates at their local Secretary of State office. Titles will be given of sale if paid by cash, credit card, or certified check. Company checks will take 14 days to clear before title will be released.
